Contract Building

There is no established contract between us and the consumer till we receive and accept the user’s order. Upon confirmation, we notify the user of order confirmation through email. However, the contract could be cancelled according to the conditions mentioned in the section below.

Specifications, Price, and Descriptions of the Goods

The specifications, prices, and descriptions are completely identical to what is presented on the website. All the products differ in their availability at certain periods of time. In case they are not available, we shall inform you beforehand and refund or re-credit at the earliest if the order is confirmed.

Our company keeps revamping and introducing new products and keeps making technical changes to the specifications of the products displayed without altering their quality, price, or function. In case of any error or discrepancy in the product's price, Desnudo is responsible for informing you and adjusting your order at the accurate price only.

As you confirm an order, you will have to pay for the delivery charges as well. Furthermore, any promotion codes or discounts won’t be applicable on products that are already presented on discounted prices.


Delivery

We deliver your goods to the address that you submit with us. In the event that your order can’t be delivered to the provided address, we are responsible for refunding and re-crediting the amount of your purchase at the earliest.

All in stock items will be processed and ready for shipment within 1-3 business day. Once item is shipped we will notify you by email or text or both with a tracking number.

Order Cancellation

As the buyer, you can cancel your order at any time. However, it is advisable to do so within 3 days of confirming your order. To cancel your order, you have to inform the company through email. On acceptance of your order cancellation, we shall refund or re-credit your amount within 30 days.
