At Desnudo, customer satisfaction is our top-priority. We offer returns, refunds, and replacements in compliance with the American Consumer Law. To attain in-depth knowledge of our return policy, you are requested to read our return policy and order upon being fully informed.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy applies to all the products that aren’t used, found to be deteriorated or damaged. We allow for the return of all the products delivered whose originality and structural integrity aren’t compromised. The timeframe allowed for a return is within the 30 days of order arrival.

If a customer buys a perfume and has sprayed it 2-3 times, the refund can still be entertained. A damage of 10% is acceptable for return/refund. However, if you go beyond the timeframe of 30 days, we will not be able to accommodate any returns. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

The Conditions Applicable for a Return/Refund

• When the product delivered has faults, damages, or defects
• When the product delivered doesn’t fulfill the need it was purchased for
• When the product delivered doesn’t match with the description on our website or to the merchantable quality

How to Request for a Return?

To proceed with your request for a return or refund, you are requested to provide us with the following details.

• The order ID, receipt number, and the invoice number
• A description of the concern highlighting the reason for return or refund
• Photograph (s) of the product delivered

Shipping

We provide our shipping services through UPS, FedEx and USPS all over the United states excluding Hawaii and Alaska. On the confirmation of your order if you ask us to return or refund, we will be giving a full refund. That includes price of the product, tax and shipping cost.
